Australian Postage

We offer a flat rate of $9.95 shipping to any Australian address for all orders placed via the website, email, or telephone if the total value of the order is under $100. This flat rate service is via standard Australia Post eParcel and/or Sendle. If your order is over $100, then we ship it complimentary or freight-free. Again, this is done through regular Australia Post eParcel and/or Sendle.

If your item(s) is oversized or weighs more than 20kg, we will need to use a courier service to deliver your order to you. This will not cost you more than $9.95 (for orders under $100) or free shipping for orders over $100. However, we must contact you to arrange for someone to be home at the delivery address. Alternatively, you may wish to have it delivered to your workplace or another address between the standard work hours of 9am to 5pm.

New Zealand Postage

This standard international service is offered through Australia Post and/or Sendle. This option is only available for orders weighing under 2kg. If you have trouble selecting this option at checkout, your order will likely exceed the allowed weight. This service is fully traceable on the Australia Post and/or Sendle website so that you know where your parcel has been scanned and at what journey stage. This service estimates delivery within 3 to 15 business days after our warehouse processing period. Postage rates start at $12.50 for items under $100 and are capped at $19.50 for orders over $100.
