Rising from the ranks of his fellow Autobot warriors, Optimus received the Autobot Matrix of Leadership, giving this courageous solider access to generations of Autobot wisdom and knowledge stretching back to the dawn of his race’s history.

Note: Optimus Prime is displayed on an Autobot display base. The statue was part of a limited edition by Palisades Toys for The Transformers 20th Anniversary (1984-2004) and is now long out of production. The Optimus Prime model was only available at the 2004 San Diego Comic-Con and through the Palisades Toys website. It was one of the lowest-produced statues in the series, with only 1500 made. Each statue and box is individually numbered, this being 1290 of 1500.
